The car losses power when going uphill and I can't seem to go over 120KM/H when driving on a flat road or when going down a hill!!!

Does it seem like the engine is revving more (does the engine sound louder)but the vehicle is not going faster if so could be the clutch slipping, does it drive ok on flat if u put it in third gear and accelerated hard what is performance like then ?

Yes the car does rev up or goes into a lower gear when such happens.

The car is an auto-shift drive. It does shift down and revs up when going uphill but I tend to loose between 10-20km/h when going uphill and if I am going downhill or on a flat place, I can't go over 120KM/H even if I floor the accelerator, it will just shift down and rev up but no increase in speed

Definitely sounds like clutch is slipping if engine revs up under acceleration but vehicle speed does not increase
