2005 Citroen C2 engine cranks but won't start, economy mode flashing on display, battery light on dash board is flashing, no spark from coil pack

I recently replaced the clutch and starter motor on my Citroen c2 1.6 VTS and now it will not start. The engine crank and stops every time I turn the key. It has economy mode on display and battery light is flashing on dashboard. I tried a new battery but it's still the same. I have checked fuel pressure and that's fine. Checked all fuses and run Delphi diagnostics and cleared all fault codes. Still car has no spark and won't start

Check if you have an earth cable / wire from power unit to body that it's refitted and tight
