FIRSTLY WHILE ON MOTORWAY WE BROKE DOWN AND CAR WOULDNT MOVE ,STARTED FINE AND WENT IN AND OUT OF GEAR JUST WOULDNT ACCELERATE .. MECHANIC CHANGED THE CLUTCH AND DUAL MASS FLYWHEEL .... NOW CAR WONT START AND ECONOMY MODE ACTIVE DISPLAYING PLEASE HELP

If the clutch/flywheel was the problem when you broke down and the mechanic fixed that then it sounds like something else was broken in the process. I'd take it back to them to sort out.
