it just stopped working

reversing lights work normally when lights off but come on when my side lights are on and then get brighter when i put it into reverse

one of my head lights isnt working. iv swapped the bulbs over and it works on the drivers side so i know its not the bulbs. when i put my testers on the connector block it only reads 12volts. any ideas???
