Citroen Berlingo Steering Column Problems

Van ran, stopped at delivery, went to start and key not recognised and a buzzer from relay near steering column sounded and glow plug not lighting correctly. Would there be a relay i could have blown. ???

windscreen wipers on constantly when wngine is running I have replaced the stork on the steering column no change

power steering has stopped.happend while driving..plenty of fluid in there..strange "grinding" noise coming from steering column between the steering wheel and dashbord..

When pulling into car park this morning my steering became really stiff. was able to manoeuvre into a car parking space. no warning lights are on, and car starts no problem. Tyres all normal. Any ideas? thanks
