2014 Citroen Berlingo resetting display after new battery fitted

Started once. Beeps just once on reconnecting the Battery. Showing: when started (for once only was possible) - orange engine icon lit continuously. When switching ignition on (second time and on) shows on main screen (common with radio): Brake System Fault (Faulty?). All lights on dash board are off. When locking doors with central lock blinking only rear side lights.

Try disconnecting a battery terminal , waiting for 10 mins and then refitting terminal
