You need what Peugeot call a "Global Test".
In peugeot diagnostics this test runs a complete systems test on everything connected on your car, including the multi function display and the lights,it take a while so your dealer will probably want an hours labour but without the results of this test fiding out what is wrong might be difficult, every sustem on this car runs through a system called the bSI or body systems interface,my initial guess would be either an earth system fault or water has got into the BSI itself.

as well as checking earths check the connectors to the rear lamps and also check the underbonnet fuse box for signs of water ingress.
