Chevrolet Matiz throttle problem

Model Year: 2007
Same as below - On removing foot from throttle the Revs stay the same & then slowly come down. When slowly pressing throttle down on driving off there is a delay then it jerks away. when slowing up there is a delay & a jerk. It used not to do this but It's been like it a while now. Has anyone solved this problem?

Clean , replace if needed the Idle Air Control Valve .Clean throttle body
