Throttle problem

Sorry I thought I had reposted an old post from 2014 from another member

The revs are very slow indeed to come off when changing gear and even rise a lot when changing up, the car has only done 45,000 miles and has been checked at Chevrolet dealership who found no fault with diagnostic tests, and commented it was a design fault with this model. I have spoken to at least three owners of the same model Matiz and none have the same problem as mine, I would welcome any suggestions please.

No problem . I would try cleaning the idle air control valve and throttle body first or , if needed , replace IAC valve .
