A compact SUV, the new Ford Kuga's design has its foundations in the Ford Focus and C-MAX, which are tried and tested favourites. The Kuga comes with lots of features; retractable tow bar, AWD, adaptive cruise control and auto stop-start, to name just a few. The Kuga has an economical but powerful 1.5L EcoBoost Engine, improving efficiency and C02 emissions compared to previous generations.

Drivers door opens when’s driving. When driving on motorway it sonetines just opens and alarm and interior light comes on so I close and it may not happen again for days. Any thoughts ??

Misfiring

Juddering under load
On an incline travelling between 60-70 mph at around 2000 revs the car judders violently 2 to 3 times before changing down. The dealer claims there is no fault and they are unable to do anything.

Automatic not changing gear
Service notice will appear and then the car won’t change gears automatically. Can stop and start engine again and will disappear till weeks later and do it again. Had been service and is showing no faults
