Ford kuga 2017 st line.downloaded update from ford site .followed instructions but as nothing happened after 15mins. I switched off and removed memory stick. When my wife went to use it later black screen problem.

If you remove a battery cable for a few minutes and thenn reconnedt . it often clears some faults Like rebooting a computer
