Hi, radiator drained, replaced with fresh coolant, bled, pressure checked. Head gasket pressure test done, thermostat checked, water pump is working. Diagnostic test showed nothing wrong! Car drive beautiful, plenty of power!! Just after about 10 miles on the motorway, over heating occurs!!

Could possibly be a temp transmitter sensor faulty ? especially if no coolant loss and engine coolant fan coming on as expected ?

Great, I will mention it to the mechanic and hopefully that’ll be the end of my problem.
Thank you
