Temp gauge increases with speed

i have had this car for 6yrs and recently had the engine management sensor and stat changed computer is showing no problems but when i go over 50mph the temperature goes up to the red the garage i took it to are confused and i dont know what else to try .

try replacing the thermostat and the radiator cap, if this doesn't cure it, then it could be the radiator clogged up.

agree with PROB either blocked rad core or a hose is collapsing either the vacuum created @ speed leading to low amount of coolant going in or out of rad/engine squeeze top and bottom hoses and see how they feel try revving engine HIGH and watch to see if bottom hose starts to squeeze together ? + lot of gunge in header tank ???
