2010 Volkswagen Fox pinking nois coming from engine , reluctant to rev fully from idle

Appears to struggle to draw air when raving the engine , pinking& screeching noise when driving average speed.

Got to locate what is causing the screeching noise , may be related to timing belt , tensioner , worn belt and might have jumped , throwing timing out
