Over the last few days I keep experiencing the same problem... I'll be driving, and I'll either go to change gear or be pulling away at a junction, and lots of lights come on oil light, battery light, petrol light- even when i have petrol, handbreak light- when the handbreak isnt even on! within a couple of seconds the car stops- simular to stalling but it hasnt! (Ive had smart comments from hubby about my driving!- but its done it to him too now!). If you stop, wait a few seconds and try again it starts fine, but 90% of the time do it again within a few minutes. We've been to a garage today, and they have put it on a computer (code reader), and it has no faults? Any ideas anyone?

Check all earth wires , especially from engine to body . Also on some you can get problems with earthing / wiring to ECU on engine .

99.9% electrical related, can you confirm that the lights come on and then the engine stops or do they come on after the engine stops?
