2001 Vauxhall Zafira engine judder twice then died.

hi there was wondering if anybody could help was in my car yesterday just went to shops was fine no problems was sat in car while running waiting felt a slight judder then couple minutes later another then did again a couple of mins later and engine stopped tried to start without any luck car will start on jump leads and run for a couple of mins until put accelerator on then just dies please can anyone help!!!

Would suggest you get battery and alternator tested first . Any fast fit centre should do this for you , while you wait , usually foc.You will probably have to charge battery first to enable you to get there .

Could also make sure earth wire from engine / gearbox to body is o.k.
