1999 Vauxhall Zafira car wont start

we drove the car switched the engine of for five mins then when we went to restart it it would`nt start it spins but wont fire we are getting fuel through we have changed all the pipes cleaned everything we can think of changed the flow pipes changed the battery we are now running out of ideas anyone else have any please .

Could do a compression check.
Could check the glow plugs.
