2004 Vauxhall Zafira engine smokes only when turning right

head gasket went and after be replaced the engine smokes very bad but only when turning sharp right i've had the car followed all the way from to wales and nothing from the car only turning ?

Have you checked engine oil level. I had an Astra that my wife over filled with oil and this caused it to smoke when turning sharp. Get this checked ASAP as you could blow the engine again!
