Misfire/engine mamagement light

Problems with misfires have had spark plugs replace,5 coil packs in 3 months,ECU replaced and still having same problems. Loss of power,and misfires. Fault codes always the same P0300 random misfires, P0301,P0302,P0303,P0304 misfire cylinder 1,2,3,4.
When fault codes cleared usually solves problem for 7 - 10 days then back to square one. Had RAC out on 01/10/2010 ran engine on machine. Live date report said battery charge 0.00% and coolant temp -40degrees even though my temp gauage reading approx 80 degrees.
They cleared the fault codes was ok for 18hours then same thing again.
Can anyone out there help me. ???

Checked alternator output for intermittent fault ? ie. possibly under charging / overcharging damaging electrics ? Checked all battery / body earths ?

ive just bought my zafera 1.8i comfort the problem is when you start the engin the reve counter gows up and downe when you drive it miss fiers and you loos power when you come to junkshions it cuts out and spluters when traing to pull a way bean in vauxalls for 3 days cant find the problam can eny one advise me
