THESE THREE THINGS ALL HAPPENED AT THE SAME TIME SO PRETTY SURE THEY ARE CONNECTED SOMEHOW. CENTRAL LOCKING WONT WORK USING THE REMOTE KEY, WHEN YOU TURN ENGINE OFF AND REMOVE THE KEY THE RADIO STAYS ON INSTEAD OF GOIN OFF AND WHEN YOU TURN ENGINE OFF AND OPEN THE DRIVERS DOOR THERE IS A BLEEP WHICH USUALLY COMES ON WHEN DRIVING WITHOUT YOUR SEATBELT.

Checked battery in remote ?

as whitinghame said change your battery in the remote,if you go into the audio sysytem settings for the radio you need to change the ignition logic from off to on and this will switch the radio off when removing the key,as for seatbelt warning chime just check all your seatbelt pretensioner wiring plugs under front seats have a good connection
