2011 Vauxhall Zafira battery terminals getting hot

When I put the ignition on and leave the car in standby terminals stay cold, the car starts easily but after a few minutes the positive terminal is to hot to touch and the Neutral terminal is just hot.

Check battery terminals and ALL earths , especially any from engine / trans to body
