You could try changing gear oil , plenty videos on you tube show how . Or scan it with the like of Tech3 or similar for fault codes , but might be losing pressure in box due to wear and tear on components

I replaced it 2 months ago and it ran perfect then this happened so I changed it again but it does exactly the same thing goes in every gear for about 20 minutes then nothing.
The only thing I noticed is it makes a noise almost like a fan belt rubbing.
It sounds as if it’s coming from the transmission control module??
Thanks for your reply

It's possible , but it usually throws a code if faulty ,Only other thing I've had on other transmissions with similar faults has been caused by the transmission filter needing changed . cleaned
