Dashboard instruments not working. Blown fuse 33

Replaced fuse (20 amp) turned on ignition keeps blowing. No instrument dials working. Car runs and drives. Don't know where to look first.

For Opel/Vauxhall Zafira A 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 model year.
