2004 Vauxhall Zafira elect windows (front) not working

Following starter motor replacement, after reconnecting battery terminal, electric Windows will not work (both driver and passenger side. The rear has winding handles).
I have replaced the fuses with new ones but still no joy.
Also the radio is showing "9 SAFE". Can anyone help?

You need to enter radio code , Safe 9 - - - - .... radio locked, 9 attempts remaining .
