2007 Vauxhall Zafira clutch judder in 1st and 2nd gear

Car: Vauxhall Zafira
Year: 2007
Variant: 1.6 breeze
Categories: Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Wheels & Tyres
I have a really annoying judder/ jolt when pulling off in 1st and 2nd gear, I thought it was me getting used to the clutch but alas now I think not. Also noticed that I can take the car out of gear going over speed bumps without using the clutch, but pressing the brake.

Out of curiosity , why do this " I can take the car out of gear going over speed bumps without using the clutch, but pressing the brake." ? .Almost sure Vauxhall had problems with the clutch on that engine which they rectified by improved / modified clutch kit.

is this a problem that Vauxhall should fix?
also did the gear shift over speed bump by mistake. thought it may be the engine mountings, can I slip the clutch to rectify this problem with 1st and 2nd gear as a lot of people are saying it is a bad flywheel

Worth checking the engine mountings as suggested .If it was a DMF , that would be a possible cause but did not think your car had one .Doubt any chance getting it under warranty on a car of that year now but a phone call to Vauxhall with vin number would confirm if it had one or not and whether they would contribute to cost . .
