Hi when you just turn on the switch(Engine is not running) a continuous tictictictic.......... sound starts coming, I did opened the engine cover and m able to feel pulse in a pipe coming out from the dash board area o engine area

Need to be more clear with this..... Are u trying to start car? if u are then ur hearing ur starter motor likely meaning ur battery is dud.
