2006 Vauxhall Zafira grinding sound and vibration on clutch

First noticed a grinding noise and vibration on the clutch when in lower gear and when foot not on the gas peddle. Next time I drove the grinding sound and vibration is constant in lower gears.
Any ideas as to what this might be and how expensive to fix?

Common cause on that car is the DMF ( dual mass flywheel ) IF that's the fault it entails removal of g/box and advisable to replace clutch at same time .Big and expensive job .You could check engine mountings also in case not that .
