2004 Vauxhall Zafira car wont start after warming up and turning off

Car drives fine from cold , once cars parked up , give it 5 min and it wont start just turns over , leave it 30 or so min and will start , had the AA come out and they did a diagnostic check and came back all clear so diagnosed fuel pump relay getting to hot .
Has anyone had this problem & solved it ??

Check crankshaft sensor.

Our car is a 2005 Astra 1.6 Automatic ( electronic ) often from standstill it shunts into gear and twice today refused to start, breakdown man got it going on first occasion using jump leads , but he said it was not the battery thought it could be electronic gear box , Both occasions car had been left for about 20 minutes.
