I have just fitted a 2nd hand pump and its not working.
I heard that the pump needs to be calibrated to the car it is fitted.
IS THIS CORRECT AND HOW IS THIS DONE?

Through vauxhall computer,but you could try disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it,see if that shunts the module into life if not I am afraid it will need adapted by vauxhall.
