2008 Vauxhall Zafira central locking broken and boot locked.

My central locking is not working. My boot is locked. Tried both keys and manually with key. Was suggested it could be fuses but changed no 8 but do I need to check them all? Also have back fuse box. Help dont know where to start!!

Try disconnecting the earth lead off battery for 10 mins then retry.
Check the wiper washers fuses, bizarre I know, but trust me!
Also see if the radio stays on with ignition off, could be ignition switch problem.
