2003 Vauxhall Zafira rear back window wiper not moving & central locking not working

We had same problem. When you open boot you should see a thick black tube which obviously protects the cables Our cables had split and were not connecting to wiper. As for central locking sit in car with key in ignition turn on but don't start engine, press the open and lock this should cure the problem, as that's all our auto electrical engineer did. If not sound's stupid but you may need to change your battery in it

check wiring in both door s rear and boot pull back rubber protecting case and see if snapped they use crappy wire hard core instead of flexi after a while opening and closing the wire breaks causing intermitten faults till eventually they go altogether like i said strip rubber back easy to do and just look near plug connectors you will spot the break if there is one auto electrician cheaper than repir kit and especially what vauxhall charge to repir it its more effective using rubber heat shrink on them if not good with anything like that you must know someone who knows a veh electrician most 40.00 vauxhall 180.00 they tried to scam me but i took lecce with me who just laughed at them if you central locking clicks when pressed and some of the locks work thats the problem if non work its a simple open all doors to veh press lock then open close all doors and press button again thats another way to see if its just a reset on doors as my kids tend to pull door handle whilst im pressing open it off sets locking mech
