2000 Vauxhall Vectra oil and engin sound lumpy

Car: Vauxhall Vectra
Year: 2000
Variant: 1.6 8-valve envoy
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
Every time i start my car for a few minutes my car sounds lumpy untill i move it eith foward or backwards. I have recently changed the spark plugs but i have not changed the leads. Could they need changing?
Also when i'm drivng normaly in 5th gear the car seems to miss - loose momentum for a breif second as if iv took my accelerator off and put it back on again.. again would this be down to the leads?

Also i have noticed underneath the car on the bottom of the oil sump near the bolt at the back (from the front of the car) there is oil leaking - nothing major but there definetly oil dripping. Could i have over filled the oil? or will i have a crack or something? - Any idears what i can do to make my car smooth again? PLEASE HELP.

yes replace the leads for what they cost any way you can get these from any good motor factors in your area and the oil problem is there any oil above the sump plug if the is then you would have to reply on this site with more info but if the oil is just around the sump plug then all you need to do here is replace the rubber washer and problem solved for you
