PROBABLE CAUSE WILL BE THE WIPER MOTOR ITSELF THE RESISTORS WILL BE AWAY IN THE MOTOR SO YOU CANT GET INTERMITANT BUT NEED TO CHECK RELAY FIRST.

Known fault on Vectras caused by wiper motor and used to be replaced under warranty by Vauxhall at one time
