The oil light come on after 10 minute of driving but oil level is ok

hi can some one help ....
i just bout a vectra 2.0 dti whit 103k on the clock and the car drive fine but after 5 to 10 minute the oil light come on on the dash board ....and wen i stop to check oil level is ok so do anyone know what can be the problem ...

Probably the oil pressure switch if everything else seems ok. Try a new one.

As Tez66 says the first and easiest thing to try is the oil pressure switch. It could be failing when warm. However if you have a leak from the pressurised oilways this will increase when the engine is warm as the oil is thinner causing a drop in oil pressure.

Oil level must be high, almost full.
