2016 Vauxhall Meriva 2016 meriva, the rear seats will not release to drop down

Year: 2016
Variant: 1.6tdi

both of the rear seats will not drop down flat, if I pull the release straps nothing happens, any ideas on how to solve the issue. Centre small drop down works.

Check underneath that nothing is jamming the release or tracks . If you do not have the manual , this shows the operating / release procedure
