2006 Vauxhall Meriva car slipping off

My car slips off when the engine gets hot. I have changed the clutch kit, dual slave flywheel and have even done everything that one can think of regarding hydraulics but still its doing the same and now the clutch pedal is collapsing after it came from the garage. The mechanic doesn't know what to do now, can anyone help.

I guess you mean dual mass flywheel ? After what has been fitted and assuming the clutch master cylinder and concentric bearing were replaced and bled correctly , there is nothing really left to suggest other than faulty parts or not fitted correctly
