Had the expansion tank replaced and coolant on max. Still grtting code 3 when enhine is vold or when it has been used amd is hot. The coolant is not leaking now.

Any suggedtions

The Code 3 message on your Vauxhall Insignia does indeed relate to an issue with the coolant and a possible leak that may be caused by some cracked housing around the EGR valve.

Vauxhall did release a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) some time ago that addressed this known issue. Rather than having to replace the EGR, the TSB repair kit allows the housing to be repaired - at a much smaller cost..
