What is 1300 rpm.? Sounds like power steering pump knackered .

so, - less than 1300 rpm does not work but more than 1300 rpm
tried another pump too

also test with another 2 pump.-same
the result booster operates at over 1300 rpm. works cold but warm does not.

Usually a speed sensor on the rack for high pressure that could be faulty , that or fault in pipe / hoses , if not the rack itself .
