2014 Vauxhall Insignia digital display not responding.

The display comes on, but the touch isn't responding. I have to use the buttons on the console or steering wheel to get through the menu. I tried calibration but that doesn't work either. Like the touch screen is gone.

Screen failure is very common , over the years there has been software updates that sometimes cured the fault but often just temporary fix .If you have any local car audio specialist they may be able to advise , else it is the dealers .
