2011 Vauxhall Insignia problems with built in navigation system

I just buy my first Vauxhall (Insignia Automatic 2011) and I've been having problems to set up the built in sat nav, it's a CD500 Navi and it shows a different location where I am and I have tried many things to reset it or make it to display my current location. I have the CD, I have put it in but I can't see any difference, still the same. I'd appreciate if anyone can give me some advice if I can sort it out by myself or i have to take it to garage?

You may have to update the software ,
