2010 Vauxhall Insignia not starting

Hi there can some please help, my vauxhall insignia was left standing for 3 months, prior to this was running perfect. I've come to start and battary totally dead I've tried to jump start and just the interior lights and dash lights come and a clicking noise from engine my turning ignition, I've tried bump starting and nothing. Can someone please shed some light on this. Thank you

Sounds like your jumps leads are not good enough / getting a good connection . If cheap , light jump leads that often happens . You may have to charge a battery that has lay for that length time and is completely dead . Then try jumping again if needed . If battery dead , bump starting wont work .

Thank you for your help, yeah the jump leads are cheap to be fare, I'll get new leads or just get new battary. Thank you and have a great Christmas

Thank you . Hope that is all that is wrong and replacing / charging the battery gets you on the road again .Hope you and family have a nice , peaceful Christmas , enjoy the day .

Forgot to add , if battery has any weak / dud cells it wont hold a charge no matter how long it is charged .
