2015 Vauxhall Insignia noise on starting

got a noise on starting in a morning. sounds like a worn bearing, the said it was a fault on the alternator and fitted a reconditioned one as Vauxhall would not pay for new as they only cover them for 1 month. the next day when i went to start it the noise was there again and next day even worse. i am wondering if it could be the bearings in the tensioner on the cam belt.. any ideas what it could be more than welcome please..its still under warrenty so want to get it sorted asap.

Leave it to the dealer,
