Remapped now has service vehicle soon and limp mode

2013 Vauxhall Insignia 2.0
Car: Vauxhall Insignia
Year: 2013
Variant: 2.0
Categories: Running Rough, Starting & Power Loss
I have recently had my car remapped (50/50) by a professional and it has started to flash up service vehicle soon then puts it in limp mode. It did this once 2 weeks ago but when i restarted the engine it went off and has only happened today. the difference is now it wont go away so the service vehicle soon comes on as soon as you start it and it hasn't come out of limp mode. When you plug into a diagnostics machine it shows no code??

Any ideas what the problem could be?

Thanks

Whoever serviced car should have reset the warning / notice .If serviced by Vauxhall it would have been done automatically .Was the car serviced by Vauxhall ?
