Esp spanner service warning

2009 Vauxhall Insignia 1.8 manual
Car: Vauxhall Insignia
Year: 2009
Variant: 1.8 manual
Categories: Electrics, ECU, Warnings & Lights
I had the car serviced in July in the UK. I am currently in Spain for 3 months. The esp spanner comes on intermittently. The local garage have carried out a diagnostic which shows "Total codes: 001" "CODE001" (ff, 0, 52, 8). It then refers to the relevant technical, which the garage does not have. Can anyone help identify the problem?

Cant reconcile that code , though have had something similar with a low battery .Might be worth getting load tested especially if fairly old .

if your insignia has the electronic hand brake , then this may be faulty ,and the systeam throws up a ESP SPANNER .( yellow curcal) ,so get a second hand brake unit and replce it ,it has a 3 pin plug on it and it is located in the wheel arch under the wheel arch cover passanger side rear.
