2011 Vauxhall Insignia satnav audio

I seem to have lost audio on satnav. Everything elsea works just no audio. When I click to test volume- nothing.
Any ideas?

Came across this , might help
" Having just bought an Insignia Elite with Sat Nav option, i cannot find anyway to get audio on the Sat Nav.
" Do you mean the voice direction? Volume can be controlled and offset against Radio/CD/Aux volume, I believe its via the config button below and the to the right ."
