2014 Vauxhall Insignia hissing noise when pressing the throttle

Car: Vauxhall Insignia
Year: 2014
Variant: 1.8 16v srI manual pertrol

When I start the car and press the throttle there is a hissing sound lasting for about couple of seconds each time I press the throttle.
Is this normal?

Suggested Solution

A known and common fault on that car was a low groaning noise from the turbo boost control valve which I think were at one time being replaced under warranty .
