3 weeks ago code 3 checked water level added water went off for a week came up again so kept checking little now and then y day doin the shopping run only 2 miles away it dropt all the water pulled over totally gone steam everywhere didnt move the car untill it had cooled down refilled when cool and its stayed in the header tank

You need to get a pressure test on cooling system which should show any external leaks . If that doesn't show fault , the next step would be a block test .

My 1.8 petrol insignia 2013 keeps having code 3 coming up .
This happens if it’s cold or hot been used or not etc.
Error book says relates to cooling but my coolant is at full mark and has never moved in all the time I have had it. This has been happening for about a month now.
I don’t feel any issues with the car nor see any leaks etc
Any ideas?
