Low fuel even tank is fill

Year: 2010
Variant: 2.0 cdti

Hi i got problem with fuel light in dash board. Even my tank is full still showing low fuel on dash board.and fuel light comes on

Common cause is usually faulty tank/sender unit .But with electronics in cars nowadays sometimes updates to system rectifies many problems .

Almost certainly faulty sender unit. Any error codes if u have checked?
