2009 Vauxhall Insignia auto transmission grinding when slowing or stopping

Inconsistent noise, like a grinding of a missed gear, when slowing down and only at lower speed 30-20 or 20-10. Acceleration and shifts up are great deceleration from high speed is great just the travelling around town etc gives a grinding noise and slight juddering at lower speeds. No leaks and never have been.
