Just to clarify , the o/s/r window is not operating from the o/s/f control panel switch but operates from o/s/r switch ? I think the windows are through a body control module and both rear windows are through the same fuse .So would guess you have a faulty switch on front which could possibly be fixed by removing and given a blast with switch cleaner .
